Our 2025-2029 Strategy: A renewed vision, committed to the future

In a context marked by profound economic, technological, and regulatory transformations, the Office des Changes assumes a proactive role, attentive to its environment and fully engaged in supporting current transitions while contributing to the development of a stable, resilient, and growth-conducive environment.

Developed through a participatory approach and inspired by the visionary guidance of His Majesty King Mohammed VI and the directives of the Government’s program, the new strategy of the Office des Changes builds on past achievements and lessons learned from the previous Strategic Action Plan, while integrating the evolving national and international contexts.

 “To be an institution serving the country’s economic development and safeguarding external balances”: this is the vision of the Office des Changes for the 2025–2029 period.

This collective vision is articulated around six strategic priorities that will guide the action of the Office des Changes in the coming years:

  • Simplify the regulatory framework to enhance clarity, transparency, and accessibility in foreign;
  • Develop smart supervision of financial flows to foster lasting trust and economic resilience;
  • Strengthen the statistical function to support informed decision-making and enhance data sovereignty;
  • Optimize user relations through simplicity, proximity, and co-creation;
  • Accelerate digital transformation and bolster cybersecurity;
  • Establish responsible and sustainable governance in support of institutional development.

These priorities reflect the commitment of the Office des Changes to fulfilling its missions through solid strategic choices centered on regulatory innovation, digital transformation, modernization of statistical production, smart supervision, and responsible governance.
