A few days after the publication of the new version of the General Instruction for Foreign Exchange Operations 2020 and the start of the Voluntary Regularization Operation of liquidities and assets held abroad, the Office des Changes launches an awareness and information campaign to the banking sector.
As part of this campaign, the experts from the Office des Changes will travel across several regions to raise awareness among banks and professional groups regarding the new provisions of the exchange regulations as well as on the regulatory system provided for under the Voluntary Regularization Operation, established by article 8 of the 2020 finance law.
