The Office des Changes meets the French Chamber of Commerce
The Director of the Office des Changes, Mr. Hassan BOULAKNADAL met, on the sidelines of the publication of the new General Instruction for Foreign Exchange Operations 2020 and the start of the Voluntary Regularization Operation for the assets and liquidities held abroad, the French Chamber of Commerce.
During this meeting held on January 16th, 2020, the Director of the Office des Changes presented the key measures of the General Instruction for Foreign Exchange Operations 2020 as well as regulatory requirements and the practical aspects of implementing the provisions relating to the Voluntary Regularization Operation.
