Two cases :

  1. A complaint where you suspect a breach of the current legal regulations
  2. A complaint against an authorised Une plainte contre un intermediary, exchange office, etc. and for which they are responsible

The Office des Changes will lead an investigation and take the necessary steps to verify your complaint and if the Office des Changes is responsible for the matters described and in the further course might take legal actions against the necessary entities.
