Extension of the deadline for the voluntary declaration of assets and liquidities held abroad

Within the framework of the Amending Finance Act No. 35-20, the maximum deadline set for the subscription and payment of the discharge contribution relating to the the voluntary regularization operation ORS 2020 has been extended until December 31, 2020, instead of October 31, 2020 , initially fixed.
Resident natural and legal persons who have accumulated assets and liquidities abroad in violation of foreign exchange and tax regulations may make their declarations directly with the bank of their choice before decembre 31, 2020.
