Participation of the Director of the Office des Changes in a meeting organized by the CGEM on the subject of the 2025 Finance Law

The Director of the Office des Changes, Mr. Driss BENCHIKH, took part in a meeting organized by the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), in the presence of Mr. Fouzi LEKJAA, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, to discuss the measures introduced bye the 2025 Finance Law.

In this context, the Director also emphasized the efforts of the Office des Changes to simplify investment procedures for Moroccan start-ups abroad. He explained that the current regulatory framework sets specific conditions, including a minimum of three years of business activity in Morocco and an annual investment ceiling of 200 million dirhams.

Furthermore, he announced that ongoing discussions are taking place with the Confederation of Moroccan Start-ups, "CGEM for Tech Founders," to adapt these regulations to the specific needs of this dynamic sector.
