The Office des Changes and the Conseil de la Concurrence sign a cooperation agreement

The Office des Changes and the Conseil de la Concurrence signed, on Tuesday, October 4, 2022 at the Council's headquarters in Rabat, a partnership agreement relating to the establishment of a framework for consultation and coordination in areas of common interest.
Signed by the Director of the Office des Changes, Mr. Hassan BOULAKNADAL, and the Chairman of the Conseil de la Concurrence, Mr. Ahmed RAHHOU, this cooperation agreement will allow access to information and studies produced by the two institutions within the framework of their respective missions.


Through this partnership, the signatories aim to strengthen their institutional cooperation and develop their common action with a view to contributing to the improvement of the business climate in Morocco, in a context of increasingly tough global competition.
This agreement, which covers several areas, namely the exchange of information and data, training and the exchange of expertise, determines the reciprocal commitments of the two institutions and sets the nature of this cooperation.
