On February 24, 2026, in Casablanca the Office des Changes met with the National Council of Chartered Accountants to present the main provisions of the General Instructions on Foreign Exchange Transactions 2026 (IGOC 2026).
The discussions focused on the role of accountants in the appropriation and proper application of exchange regulations.
At the conclusion of the meeting, a partnership agreement was signed to formalize cooperation in training, economic studies, and awareness campaigns, reflecting the commitment of both institutions to the economic development of the Kingdom.
