The “Office des Changes” officially launches its new call center


The « Office des Changes » sets up a call center that offers new services to better meet the needs and requirements of users.

The new call center's mission is to answer users' requests for:

- The follow-up of the stage of processing requests for authorization introduced at the « Office des Changes »;

- the information on the constitution of the files of requests for authorization;

- As well as any other requests for information on the different aspects of the exchange regulations.
