    The Office des Changes is organizing a training session on Wednesday, October 19, 2022 within the Regional Investment Center of the Rabat-Salé-Kenitra region, in order to further elucidate the provisions of the Foreign Exchange regulations.
    On the program of this meeting, the new measures governing investment operations will be examined, in this case the regulatory provisions applicable to resident companies wishing to settle in industrial acceleration zones (ZAI).
    The organization of this interview translates into facts the effective commitment of the Office des Changes towards the actif elements of the national economy.

    On the sidelines of the preparations for the opening of the Malawi Embassy in Rabat, the Office des Changes received, Tuesday, October 18, 2022, a delegation from this country.
    A presentation was made to this delegation, giving an overview of the Office des Changes, its missions and attributions and outlining the advantages granted by the foreign exchange regulations to diplomatic and consular representations accredited in Morocco as well as to their staff.
    During this meeting, the Malawian delegation and the representatives of the Office des Changes also discussed the various guarantees offered to foreign investors, in particular the freedom to transfer income and proceeds from the sale of foreign investments in Morocco, financed in currencies.
    The delegation is on a working visit to Morocco from October 17 to 23, 2022, thus consolidating the excellent bilateral relations marked by cooperation which extends to several areas.

    A framework agreement was signed on June 20, 2022 between the Office des Changes and the National Order of Court Bailiffs (ONHJ).
    This agreement, signed by the director of the Office des Changes, Mr BOLAKNADAL Hassan and the president of the National Order of Court Bailiffs, Mr MORJANE Farid, in the presence of the heads of the regional councils of the Order, as well as officials of the Foreign Exchange Office, constitutes a reference framework for the use of the services of Court Bailiffs in matters of notification, material observation and judicial enforcement.
