    As part of its ongoing commitment to international exchange and knowledge sharing, the Office des Changes welcomed, on June 24, 2025, a delegation from the Ministry of Economy, Planning and Regional Development of Cameroon, on a working visit to Morocco.

    This meeting served to strengthen cooperation between Morocco and Cameroon and to share the Office’s expertise in foreign exchange operations control and the production of external trade statistics.

    The Director of the Office des Changes, Mr. Driss BENCHIKH, participated in a meeting organized by the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), in the presence of Mr. Fouzi LEKJAA, Minister Delegate in charge of the Budget, to discuss the measures introduced in the 2025 Finance Law.

    On this occasion, Mr. Director highlighted  the measures undertaken  since 2019 in the field of foreign  exchange regulation  aimed in particular at supporting Moroccan start-ups in their international operations and simplifying procedures related to their investments abroad.

    As part of the implementation of the partnership corridor established with the General Confederation of Moroccan Enterprises (CGEM), the Office des Changes organized a training session on January 15, 2025, at its headquarters in Casablanca, for CGEM members. This session focused on the preparation and utilization of Foreign Trade Statistics for Goods.

    Aligned with a dynamic of knowledge exchange and expertise sharing, this training aimed to enhance the understanding of various aspects related to foreign trade statistics, a key indicator that helps Moroccan and international economic operators make informed decisions.
