The Office des Changes hereby announces the publication of Circular No. 1/2025 concerning measures designed to ease and simplify the travel regime for studies abroad.
The purpose of this Circular is to ease and simplify foreign exchange regulations governing travel for studies abroad, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the associated convertibility regime.
Developed through a participatory and inclusive approach, this Circular introduces a set of facilitation measures to better support eligible individuals in carrying out their study-abroad travel arrangements.
