Indicators of foreign trade at the end of December 2021

For the year 2021, exports stand at 326,902 MDH, up by 63,813 MDH or +24.3% compared to the end of 2020. Compared to the end of 2019 (period before Covid19), these sales increased by 42.406MDH or +14.9%. Similarly, imports increased by 24.5% compared to the end of 2020, and by 7.3% compared to the end of 2019. Thus, the trade deficit stood at 199,745 MDH, an increase of 25% or 39,973 MDH. The coverage rate stabilized at 62.1%.
