In accordance with the exchange regulation in force, economic operators, natural or legal persons, are required to declare to the “Office des Changes” their commercial and financial transactions carried out with the foreigner, within four months after the end of the year in question.
In the current context and given the state of health emergency decreed by the Kingdom of Morocco following the spread of the Covid 19 virus, the “Office des Changes” informs persons subject to exchange regulation that exceptionally, the deadline for filing annual foreign exchange reporting is postponed to June 30, 2020.
