Indicators of foreign trade at the end of January 2021

The trade in goods for the first month of 2021 is characterized year on year (comparison between January 2021 and January 2020) by a drop in exports of 1.3 billion DH or -5.2% less than that of imports (- 6.7 billion DH or -16%). Thus, the trade deficit is reduced by 32.7% or 5.4 billion DH. The coverage rate stands at 68.4%, registering an improvement of 7.8 points.
