The Royal Institute of Amazigh Culture (IRCAM) and the Office des Changes signed today, Tuesday, February 28, 2023 at the headquarters of the Office in Rabat, a partnership agreement aimed at setting methods of cooperation between the two institutions in terms of training, capacity building and technical support with a view to integrating the Amazigh language within the Office des Changes.
Signed by the Rector of IRCAM, Mr. Ahmed BOUKKOUS and the Director of the Office des Changes, Mr. Hassan BOULAKNADAL, this agreement aims to establish a general framework of cooperation between the two parties with a view to contribute to the implementation of the official character of Amazigh, in accordance with the Constitution of the Kingdom and Organic Law No. 26-16, setting the process for the implementation of the official character of the Amazigh language.
