Signing of a framework partnership agreement between the Office des Changes and the National Council of Chartered Accountants of Morocco

On February 24, 2026 in Casablanca, the Office des Changes met with the National Council of Chartered Accountants to present the main provisions of the General Instructions on Foreign Exchange Transactions 2026 (IGOC 2026).

At the conclusion of the meeting, a partnership agreement was signed by the two institutions to formalize cooperation in training, economic studies and awareness-raising activities.
